Abhyanga is whole body medium pressure medicated sesame oil massage with gentle strokes with an aim of vata dosha shamana currently we offer this service to woman only. It is steaming whole body except head & neck, in an enclosed chamber. The steam is generated from water infused with various herbs like dashamooka, nirgundi kwatah.It helps in vata & kapha shamana as well.
