Snehapana

Snehapana is on of the shamana procedure. It literally means drinking sneha(oil/ghee/vasa/majja). it has various types depending upon the quantity of ghee/oil, and one's digestive capacity(Agni). But this procedure is highly effective in vata issues and many degenerative nervous system disorders and is hightly underrated. IT is supposed to practiced under guidance of Ayruvedic vaidya as therr are chances of Snehavyapada( bad side effects of Snehapana).
