Join me in Prague as spring transitions into summer in 2026.
This season marks the melting of kapha dosha and a gradual rise in pitta and vata dosha.
Ayurveda places significant emphasis on seasonal changes, suggesting that one should adjust their eating habits and lifestyle, much like we alter our clothing when winter ends and spring arrives. Similarly, the herbs you consume, your diet, lifestyle, and detox practices should also be adjusted.
I will assess your dosha imbalance, check your pulse (nadi), and examine your abdomen (udara) to provide insights and recommendations on the Ayurvedic practices you should adopt or avoid.
