Snehapana

Service Description

Snehapana is one of the shamana procedure. It literally means drinking sneha(oil/ghee/vasa/majja). it has various types depending upon the quantity of ghee/oil, and one's digestive capacity(Agni). But this procedure is highly effective in vata issues and many degenerative nervous system disorders and is highly underrated. It is supposed to be practiced under guidance of Ayurvedic vaidya as there are chances of Snehavyapada( bad side effects of Snehapana).
