Yog Sessions
We conduct Yoga sessions once a week with a combination of traditional Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga and body flows. One hour and half hour of yoga session is a definite refreshment and value addition to your routine. Different methods of Surya Namaskar, Breathwork during exercise are some of the points we make sure to follow regularly. Our sessions end with 20 min of Pranayama (Yogic breathwork) with Kriyayoga type of meditation and Omkar sadhana.
