My Approach towards Health -for results in my clients !

Updated: May 12

My approach to health is centered on 'Ayurveda'.

I categorize it into three main areas: Ayurveda, Yoga, and Aahar (Food).

Ayurveda focuses on physical health, Yoga addresses psychological health, and the right food choices care for both the mind and body.

The sciences of Ayurveda and Yoga describe health and illness through the concept of Dosha - Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.

These are derived from the five basic elements of nature, known as ‘Pancha Maha Bhuta’.

Essentially, they are subtle, continuously flowing energy units with specific attributes.

Their balance ensures health, while their imbalance results in disease.

Vata dosha can be characterized by attributes such as dry, light, cold, rough, subtle, and mobile.

Pitta dosha is identified by attributes like oily/unctuous, sharp, hot, light, pungent, and flowy.

Kapha dosha is associated with attributes such as oily, cold, heavy, slow, smooth, viscous, and stable.

I diagnose the imbalance of these doshas.

I assess your issues through the Ayurvedic perspective and recommend solutions in the form of herbs, Panchakarma (detox) therapies, appropriate yoga exercises, and suitable food choices.

This approach eradicates illness from its root and maintains your body and mind in a state of health.
