Wear Loose intimate clothing!

Updated: Jun 22, 2024

To my dear readers, and especially beutiful girls and women out there 💜

Selecting cloths according to season has been our pattern which does changed a lot due to fashion trends.

Ofcorse, one must be always in tune with her or his nature-the natural instinct!

Ayurved shastra suggest some interesting facts about selecting cloths -

The area below your belly button till feet is the predominant area of Apan vayu. As you all know , Vayu element is always moving, the air we breath is always moving. It has gati, the speed, the direction!

-Obstrcting this gati/movement leads to change of path of apan vayu!

Apn vayu controls all the systems (reproductive system, excretory system, urinary system) & their physilogical processes.

Wearing tight cloths especillally in this area obstrcts the micro level circulation. Leading to change of apan vayu direction.

That is why there are so many occurances of PCOD, painful periods, repeated abortions (yes) ,lowback pain, intimate parts skin infections, big bellies, bloating ,PMS.

So what to do?

  • In winter predominat areas- at least use warmers(which are not skin tight) and have another

  • layer of loose clothing(ESPECIALLY IN MENSTRUAL CYCLE)

  • for warm climate countries, wear loose clothings with all the fashion trends you like!

  • These suggestions are highly effective for men as well! Wearing loose intimate clothing leads high qulity of semen, and healthy, potent sperms!
